At Rogue Industries, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
